COMMON NOTE TO THE PACKAGES:-
NOTES ON HOTELS USED IN OUR
PACKAGES:
Based on the feedback received from our guests over the last 3 years we
provide you with hotels with maximum guest satisfaction and best value
for money. There are no 5 star properties in the region and very few
with any star ratings at all.
TRANSPORT:

Vehicles
used are exclusively at the disposal of the guest for the entire
tour for 12 Hours every day. |
| 2. |
There is no change in the vehicle during the
entire tour. |
| 3. |
Our drivers are very well trained with the
entire region and would ensure that they take the guest to all
the places mentioned in the itinerary. |
| 4. |
Maximum guests allowed in Innova / Scorpio /
Xylo is 6 including children above 4 years. If the no of guest
is more than 6 then they will have to take 1 more vehicle at an
extra cost. |
| 5. |
If there are 5 or more guests then they
are advised to travel with very minimum baggage In case if the
no of baggage is more than normal then the guest will have to
take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost. |
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE
PACKAGE:
| 1. |
We allot exclusive tour coordinator for the
entire tour. The Guest may contact him / her over phone at any
time in case of any emergency, changes in itinerary or any
inconvenience which may have happened on account of hotels or
transportation. |
| 2. |
In case the guest requires a tour guide please
let us know in advance. The same can be arranged at an extra
cost. |
| 3. |
The package can be extended on Pro-Rata basis. |
| 4. |
All our packages are inclusive of Breakfast
except for places in Arunachal Pradesh. In case the Guest wishes
to include other meals in the package then please refer to meals
in the cost sheet. |
| 5. |
There will be no refund for any unutilized
services.. |
CHILD POLICY:
1. Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
2. Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column – Child
no Bed.
3. Child above 05 years with an extra bed sharing room will be
considered as 1 Guest.
NOTE: Above are suggested itineraries. The right is reserved to
cancel or alter any itineraries as circumstances may require. Company /
participating suppliers/ hotels should be held responsible for any
unforeseen conditions like road block, strike/riots, illness, accidents,
‘bandhs’ etc.
In the Assam and Meghalaya sector our categories
are based on:
1. CATEGORY A: 4 star equivalent with average room tariffs of Rs 4500+
per room per night.
2. CATEGORY B: 3 star equivalent with average room tariffs of Rs 3000+
per room per night.
3. CATEGORY C: 1 to 2 star equivalent with average room tariffs of Rs
1500+ per room per night.
Important notes on hotels in Assam & Meghalaya.

All the hotels have different categories
of room viz. Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Suite etc. |

Our packages include rooms of the base category
or the first category of room from below at all given hotels.
However the guest can upgrade the rooms by paying the difference
in room tariff. |

For 1 Guest travelling we provide 1 room on
single occupancy. |
| 4. |
For 2 Guests travelling together we provide 1
room on double occupancy. |
| 5. |
For 3 Guests travelling together we provide 1
room on triple occupancy. |
| 6 |
For 4 Guests travelling together we
provide 2 rooms on double occupancy. |
| 7 |
For 5 Guests travelling together we provide 1
room on double and 1 on triple occupancy. |

For Guests travelling to Kaziranga National
Park: |

For Guests travelling together we provide 3 rooms on
double occupancy. |
| 1. |
Kaziranga National Park has 4
different ranges for safari. They are the Central or the Kohora
range, Western or the Bagori range, Eastern or the Agratoli
range and the Burapahar or Ghorakati range. |

We provide 1 Elephant Safari and 1 Jeep Safari
in all our packages. However if the guest wishes to explore the
other ranges also then the same can be arranged at an extra
cost. |
| 3. |
Timings for Elephant Safari are mornings 5.15 AM
to 6.15 AM and 6.15 AM to 7.15 AM. Afternoon 3 PM to 4 PM |
| 4. |
Timings for Jeep Safari are mornings 7.30 AM to
9.30 AM. Afternoon 2 PM to 4 PM and 3 PM to 5 PM. |

notes on hotels in Arunachal Pradesh and other remote areas. |

Most of the hotels are not quite
constructed in a hotel manner and are houses converted to
hotels. |

The best hotels may also have the most basic
amenities. |
| |

Extra Beds are not provided in any hotel instead
Mattress and Roll Over’s are provided for extra person in a
room. |

4 |
There are no lifts in any of the hotels. The
guests may have to climb 3 floors to reach their room. |
| |
5 |
The hotels do not have electricity backups. In
case of power failure one has to adjust with candle lights. |
| |
6 |
Water scarcity prevails in almost in
all hotels. Mostly the guests get buckets of Hot & Cold water on
fixed basis |

7. |
The staffs of the hotels are not professionally
trained in hospitality so please expect very basic services from
them. |

8 |
Fooding is not a problem in the entire region.
You can get fresh home style cooked food almost in all the
hotels by the local people and not professional Chefs. |

In case of extreme cold weather room heaters can
be taken from the hotel on direct payment |
For Guests travelling to Arunachal Pradesh:

Guests travelling to Arunachal are advised to
carry light woolen clothes during summers and heavy woolen
clothes during winters |
| 2. |
ndian Nationals travelling to Arunachal require
Inner Line Permit. We need 2 copies of passport size photographs
and 1 photo identity proof to process the same. |
| 3. |
Foreign Nationals travelling to Arunachal
require Restricted Area Permit. We require 2 copies of passport
size photographs, copy of passport and copy of valid visa to
process the same. |
| 4. |
The highest point while travelling in the Tawang
sector is 13700 ft above sea level which is the Sela Pass. |
| 5. |
Road widening work is in progress from
Bhalukpong to Tawang as a result of which the roads are in a bad
condition
